My thoughts. My words. My world.

I've been living on my own for exactly 1 month now. all that anxiety is going away and i am getting better and better. started ironing my clothes, cleaning the house, making my own iced coffee in the morning, and most importantly handing over half of my paycheck every month to the B A N K, sigh, mortgages sucks. but having my own place renovated the way i like it is priceless.

 

next on the agenda is to decorate more and getting a puppy. i am so ready to have my little bundle of joy and companion.  

happiness is found within oneself. if you can't satisfy yourself or be content by yourself, then the pursuit of anything will not translate into the possession of happiness. be happy with what you have, it's so easily said than done. maybe i want more now, maybe i didn't know better back then, maybe i grew up too much, maybe i have too much too young, but i know i was happy before, before i had all the things that i thought would make me happy.

 

the pursuit itself is happiness, and the possession, well, it's just a bonus.
